 Dear Colleagues and Partners, Our 3rd General Assembly will be held in the beautiful Polish capital city of Warsaw, from January 10 to 12, 2008. After Madrid and Athens, Warsaw will be the perfect time and place to discuss many of the crucial challenges currently facing our profession, right across Europe. We have chosen new dates for our 3rd Assembly, to help even more participants join us: at the start of the New Year, after the holidays, and just before the industry gets into full swing again. The programme prepared by the Host Committee - both technical and social - is very comprehensive and exciting. We already have a really impressive list of speakers, tackling a constantly-developing range of issues. We will have up-to-the-minute progress reports on our developing relations with the EU, and on a new Code of Ethics which is being devised to help PCOs improve their own professional standards and their working relationships with other PCOs, fellow suppliers and clients. Our membership is growing week by week and the General Assembly is a golden opportunity for new members to update themselves on all the pan-European issues of the day, and to network with the rest of the membership - old and new. Make sure you do not miss this great opportunity to share, with your colleagues and partners, your opinions and ideas, and also to learn from them their points of view and expectations for the future of our profession.
